Hospital Information & Management System (HIMS) Role: Lead Developer (Consultant for the whole project Of the Organization) Tools Used: VS 2005 (Framework 2.0), MS SQL Server 2000, Crystal Report Responsibilities: • Play active role in the technical and architectural vision and driving innovation in the delivery of technology as a strategic asset which allows business units to deliver and leverage new opportunities faster than the competition. • Direct the implementation of large scale projects (Hospital Information System) at different business units – includes most of the activities including prescriptions, medical treatments, investigations, surgeries healthcare-operations, inventory, finance, admin, etc are being run by the software with a view to paperless hospital and a hospital over Internet / web. I was involved in the Software Development Life Cycle as the Head of Implementation Team and carried out the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the ERP project. • Execute against the Technology Strategy by creating a unified focus on implementation process of systems architecture, technology components, development methodologies, process controls and tools. • Oversee the mechanism to identify and introduce new technologies by establishing a well defined processes and communication streams with business units as well as for the better patient care. • Arrange orientation of doctors, nurses and end-users in the complete cycle of healthcare activity and make it fully running on HIMS with a paperless concept.
