I am a hardworking, highly motivated, and result oriented person. I have the drive and determination to consistently achieve success. I find learning new things fun and interesting and i am making sure all I do is done correctly the first time. My background includes serving as a Technical representative and an Insurance Consultant in a contact center. My responsibilities as Technical Representative includes handling customer concerns regarding the product, providing technical support for cable TV, internet, and phone connections. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my employment as a Technical Representative in the contact center. I also bring to the table strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. I am also well versed in administrative tasks since I had an experience in administrative job when I am employed as a Procurement Assistant in a Non Government Organization.
