As an Assistant Superintendent, I worked with the Chief Estimator in the bidding and award process before I was given the opportunity to work on site and witness the day by day process of converting plans into reality. As a Construction Consultant I worked on the planning, analyzing, and legal aspects of construction projects. I creating and updating schedules in Primavera, compiled large Excel databases and prepared Powerpoint presentation along with graphics and charts. I also performed various impact analysis and damage calculations necessary in preparing claims for dispute resolution.
