I am highly motivated and a professional web developer working in a software house (Sunno [login to view URL]) since August 2010. I have a team of professional Web Developers and Front End Developers working with me. Instead of depending on others frameworks, we work in CORE PHP as our primary coding programming language. We mostly create our own classes and coding style, easily understandable by even an Intermediate level Web Developer. This helps us code very optimized code that runs Extremely Fast on even slow speed Web Servers. We do learn from others experience and upgrade our code frequently. As we are able to code from scratch till the end of the project so we are able to code very complex algorithms.
