Built and maintained Excel VBA automation for recruitment agencies supporting core operational reporting, including Spread Reports, Active Work Orders, and Burn Reports. The objective was to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and provide timely visibility into recruiter and client activity. Delivered user-friendly, point-and-click reporting tools and dashboards used daily by recruiters, account managers, and operations staff. In multiple cases, team members later rehired me at new firms to build similar reporting systems, reflecting the reliability and long-term value of the solutions.
About Me
I build Excel and Access programs that do the work your team still does by hand. You click a button, pick a file, and the report, the quote or the clean list comes out finished. I have built Excel and Access programs in VBA for more than 25 years. A job can be one formula or macro that needs fixing, or a complete point-and-click tool that people use every day with minimal training. Many of my clients continue working with me long term. What I build: fixes to formulas and macros, automation of tasks someone still does by hand, reports and dashboards, data imports and cleanup, PDF to Excel conversion, quoting, pricing and invoicing tools, and consolidation of many files into one. I also take on slow files, old workbooks and Access databases, and I connect Excel with Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, QuickBooks and web APIs. How I work: you get a fixed price before any work starts, and the price you approve is the price you pay. Every delivered project includes 30 days of bug fixes. You deal with me directly, from the first message to the finished file.
