Evelyn C, Las Vegas, NV I have had a passion for writing all my life. I currently work as a Staff Accountant; however, once the Directors knew of my gifted ability to write, I was given the responsibility of creating and writing most of the policies and procedures for the company, and re-writing older ones. For my position, I have written procedures on how to implement a task or duty, and have been told by my supervisor that I write so well and in detail that I could be a technical writer. I am also currently writing a book on my mother’s life, “Memoirs of My Mother.” I also write poetry that has been published with the International Poet’s Society. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix, Sacramento, CA. I did not write many papers in this program; however, when I did my MBA at the University of Phoenix, Las Vegas, NV; I was writing papers for each class and maintained a 3.8 GPA. The type of work that I have done currently has been for work and my own personal writing. I also have written everything in my own website for my home business.
