I have been working as a Customer Services Representative for 10 years, handling a high volume of calls and emails per day, making sure that all customers were happy and achieving high call quality scores each week, based on each customer’s level of satisfaction.
In the meantime, I have also been working as a freelance translator. In that period of time, I have been translated for more than 20 books, articles, web pages, brochures, etc. I have also been dealing with subtitling.
