5 bedroom 3 bathroom bungalow in Jamaica. Designed for my parents who built it themselves in 2005. It is a single block building which is typical of the tropics and sits on a house plot of 1/4 acres. The house model scale is 1:200 and is made predominantly of card on a foam board base but other materials are used to effect as needed. This model with the interior furnishing took approx. 1 month to complete.
