I am the supervisor of auxillary facilities which is consist of Nitrogen, Hydrogen production plants, closed-opened loop cooling towers, reverse-osmosis production, air compressors, steam boilers, natural gas stations, fire pump
station in a glass factory.
I have started as mechanical maintenance engineer in the same factory and have worked for 7 years in the mechanical maintenance department. Then I have transfered to Auxillary Facilities Department. I am working in
Auxillary Facilities department for nearly 8 years.
I experienced maintenance and manufacturing of various equipments and systems such as conveyors, forklifts, pumps, reductors, valves etc. I manage a team of 16 workers, 4 technicians and 1 engineer.
The key roles of my responsibility ;
-Carry out the necessary maintenance and monitoring, to ensure sustainability of production in plants
-Organizing orders of critical spare parts
-Applying creative and analytical approach to operations for continuous process improvements
In addition to all these, I am an active SAP MM and linux user. I am overkeen about automation and informations technologies. For this matter I have completed Master Degree program - Information Systems and Technologies.
Due to some of my work in the field of information security, I was entitled to participate in the CEH(Certified Ethical Hacker) training program by an internet shopping company. (I have passed the exam). Then I found out
that my interests fit on creating automation projects.
I have built automatic crane control system, water regeneration tank control system, HVAC control system and a chemical tanks pump station system with Siemens Tia Portal. Also have some experience on python opencv to
build a tool for monitoring glass edge detection to raise an alarm if the glass moves.
