• Designing of All Mechanical System including Ducting, CHW Piping, Refrigerant Piping, Plumbing & Sewage, Fire Protection etc. • Co-ordinate with Architect/Client for all Project Stages including Concept design, Preliminary design, detailed design, tender, construction and approval. • Prepare full specifications and mechanical calculations in support of system design for relevant authorities’ approval. • Follows- Up with the updated requirement from Architect/Client for implementation. • Allocate CAD Design to Draftsmen. • Participates in Project Meetings with Architect/ Client. • Conducting site visits and assessment, as required to execute design work and ensure other MEP coordination. • Keeping records and documents for Projects handled. • Coordinate all drawings to suit Architectural, Structural and Electrical requirement. • Review all calculations, design drawings to meet to company Quality standards. • Review of equipment submittals from suppliers. • Preparing Take Off sheets & BOQ for Mechanical Division. • Responses to tender & construction queries.
