Dell Listen & Respond
The FIFA World Cup. The most important sports event of the year. And this year, the event was held in Brazil. A place that’s crazy for soccer and social media. So since Dell wasn’t an official sponsor we approached Dell with a Listen and Respond campaign. We launched a series of conversation starters during and before game days to engage high potential users who were cheering for Brazil on Twitter. Our team would then reply celebrating their emotions, amplified their passion, and reacted to their feelings with handcrafted images, copy and even lyrics, all created and posted in real time.\nI was the lead Art Director for all Illustrated creative and template structure for the project, at the end of the day we created 120 icons that could be instantly inserted to multiple templates for any conversation. During those three weeks we impacted 580,000 users with a 98% Positive Engagement for the brand.
About Me
I‘m Eli Ferrer a Interactive/Digital Creative obsessed with the big idea. Currently I work as a Senior ACD at a globally recognized company. Everyday I work on developing new products and digital spaces. If I stand for anything, it is for you and for the idea. My expertise lies within my ability to integrate diverse styles across multiple project needs; whether that’s to sell more, build a bigger fan base, or gain more awesomeness for your brand. I do this via storytelling, ideas, technology, and curiosity to build truly relevant, unique, and innovative experiences. I’m a “jack of all trades”, prototyping both digital experiences and analog hands on style. I love to get my hands dirty. You could also say that I love jumping through rings of fire while enjoying tea and crumpets!
