I'm a software engineer with 9 years of experience, currently working as a Software Project manager in the largest software outsourcing services firm in Egypt with a capacity of 600+ employees, during my last 9 years I assumed the following titles: Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Designer, System Analyst, Architect, DBA and Project Manager. I have 5 years of experience with clients in the USA; I have a solid process to deal with remote customers, my experience range from micro-projects to large scale enterprise solutions such as UTC and Sikorsky. I graduated in 2000 from Assiut University, Faculty of Engineering (one of the most reputable Universities in the Middle East), Computer and Control Department, I was ranked 4th on my class, since then, I never failed to deliver on time within budget. I’m a certified MCP and MCSD since 2003, since then I have volunteered or was nominated to help in tens of TWGs (Technical Work Groups) and SEPGs (Software Engineering Process Groups). Having a talented team since 2006, the need to manage and control remote teams and remote customers lead to my rigid study and implementation of CMMI models. Beside my services to design, build, test and deploy any software or applications, I have few on-shelf products like my Hospital Management System and Beauty Center Management System.
