WordPress data extraction and importing into SQL database

At first this freelancer was very good at communicating but then when we actually needed the work done they missed our deadline. Attention to detail was very poor. We kept asking for things to be fixed and had to ask several times because they would just reply and say things were fixed or finished when they weren't. The overall result was satisfactory, but in the end we gave up chasing to get everything the way we wanted it to preserve our sanity.

Time Log added to current CRM (PHP. MySQL)

Took our money, said he could do our project... Was extremely late in finishing our site upgrade and lost a lot of our client information! We told him he had 2 weeks to finish this project, It took 3 months and is still not done. We told him we would not pay him until he fixed what he broke. Instead of even trying to fix it he disputed the project and won! taking our money and leaving us with a broken site! AVOID at all costs!!!!! This guy should not even be allowed on freelancer!
