rollrbla.de is a multimedia tumblogging platform project I started in November of last year. I've single-handedly constructed the web application interface using Google's MDL, and created a REST API using Node.js on a remote Linux server (pictured in the last GIF). It runs off of a Javascript-based API wrapper, some light PHP, lots of AJAX, and HTML.
About Me
Hi! My name is Brandon Akin, and I am seventeen-years-old. Don't let this throw you off, however; I am very experienced in what I do. I've been practicing web design since I was nine-years-old, starting with HTML. After that, I tackled CSS, Javascript, jQuery, and eventually PHP. I now have experience in all of these things, and additionally Node.js, MySQL, Apache, and Linux server administration. As for music, I've been musical my entire life, but started playing guitar when I was five-years-old. A few years later, I started making computer music, and finally got serious about it when I was twelve-years-old with Propellerhead Reason. When I was thirteen-years-old, I began working with Ableton Live, and that has been my DAW of choice ever since. I'm very much looking forward to working on your project! I won't stop until I'm positive that you're happy with it.
