In my career, I have created Web sites for federal and state governments as well as for military organizations. As a freelancer, I have worked closely with business owners (including charming interpreter/translator and a fiesty realtor) and even a religious congregation to help create effective Web sites that communicate well with Web visitors. My goal is to learn what a client wishes to achieve with his or her site and to discuss the strategies available to realize positive results.
