I am experienced in all areas of communication design, and can take a project from start to finish - providing creative, strategy, branding, information architecture, content management, usability, design and development. I understand interactive communications, particularly as they apply to marketing and user experience, and I have an advanced understanding of web development – from strategy, planning and information architecture right through to production, deployment and follow-up. I have filled many roles in the web development process at one time or another, so I am uniquely capable of acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
