Joomla finishing touches and some adjustments and additi

The Joomla template may need to be modified.So those skills would be needed. I need to finish up a site that will have live video, live customer support chat, video shopping or video of the items for sale as well as pictures, a referral/affiliate marketing program. Many of the components are already in place but the site needs to be finished up visually and functionally. We also need members to set up accounts and be able to login with a username and password. I need the ability in the shopping cart to either process credit card transactions through our merchant account or capture the info securely so that we can process the transactions through the proper merchant accounts because we will be using multiple processors based on the item being purchased and location.
