Servers Installation, administration and managements with CentOS Linux based operating system and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP) technology  Amazon Web Services EC2 (AWS) & TATA based Cloud IT Infrastructure (I-a-a-S) Setup and Citrix Xenserver 6.0 based infrastructure virtualization.  Implement, administrate and manage different open source based software required for smooth working of headhonchos website like NAGIOS+PnP (Servers & Application Monitoring Tools), SOLR (Apache-Tomcat based search engine), NFS (Network File System), MozileFS (File System used in web portals), MySQL based database and reporting tool, OSTicket (Ticket based customers call logging and resolution tools), HAProxy with keepalived (Setting up Loadbalancer under HA and Failover mode), Lighttpd (Light HTTP application to act as separate servers images, javascript and CSS files), Sendmail (Mailserver), SVN (code version control), bugzilla & mantis (bugs management), crontab (Job Scheduling).  Working as Senior Testing Analyst for qualification team with 10 members broadly responsible for telecom & e-commerce based application/server testing used by France telecom clients, customers & employees worldwide.  Servers testing consist of test the configurations of all servers based on Linux or Unix OS with application like DollarU (Job Scheduling), BMC Patrol (Application monitoring) and others that are to be sent on production environment.  Team also test the SETTOP BOXES and other satellite based TV/Internet network boxes functionality used in France and other European countries based france telecom group companies customers by using SOAPUI and HP Quality Center 9.2  Developed a Mail Tracking and Mail Servers Status tracking tool using PHP 5 and MySQL 5 (LAMP)

 Working in 17*5 Linux based production servers (450+) & applications remote support management and administration environment for companies two US based client namely Sennari Inc.(http://www.sennari.com/) which is in mobile based online gaming domain and Vortal Interactive Inc.(http://www.vortal.com/ & http://www.nbcsearch.com/) which is in online advertising domain.  Servers are installed with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0/4.0 as OS, Apache 2.2 as Web server, MySQL 5.0 as database server and PHP 5 as development language. Servers also running with NAGIOS+MRTG (Server Monitoring), AWSTATS ((Web portal statistics Analysis), Jboss & Apache Tomcat (Application Server), Shell Script (Server level scripting language), Bugzilla 2.12 (Bug Tracking Tool) and Asterisk based VOIP solution  Application testing using J2ME Simulator

 Working in 24*7*365 environment in remote infrastructure management & administration domain on multi-platform (Red Hat Linux, Unix, Sun Solaris, IBM Mainframe, Windows, Lotus Notes) based production servers (3000+) & applications.  Profile consists of managements of 30000+ user accounts (creating and deleting users account), manage the directory / file access rights for users on heterogeneous platform.  Provide L2 support for problem on mail servers based on IBM Lotus Notes, Servers Configuration for different Operating Systems, Backup & storage, and network printer management through tickets generated on Remedy based problem or request ticketing system.

 Profile consists of Installing, Configuring & managing different servers based Red Hat Linux operating system for different clients of company.  Servers installed, configured and managed were Mail Servers (based on Sendmail, Postfix, Qmail & Exim), File & Printer sharing server with domain controller (based on Samba), Squid+Sarg based Proxy Servers, IPTables with NATing based Software and Watchgurad’s Hardware Firewall Servers, Openwebmail based web mail server, Cpanel based web servers management tool, Apache based web servers, Datacenter management for Linux Servers, Spamassassin with mail spam controller with TrendMicro’s Spam and Virus controller software and so on.  Servers Hardware configured were HP Netserver LC3, HP-Compaq ML 350 G3 & HP- Compaq ML 350.
