Lead Designer (cadworx Piping Designer)
I am Senior Lead Designer. Working on different types of projects as per customer requirements. 3D Modeling of RO skid, Fuel Gas skid, Oil Well Head and Test separator skid Piping as per using Piping Specification & P & ID in CADWORX 2015. Creating GA drawing, structural & detail drawing, support drawings, Piping Spool and Isometric drawings based on 3D Model. Review 3D Model Assembly in Navisworks software for piping clashes. Preparation of Equipment layout and Piping layout for different projects 1. Creating 3D Model of Vessel, Tanks, Structure using Autocad and Cadworx plant software, Using P& ID and piping Material ASME Code standard specification as per P&ID for 3D Modeling 2. Preparing Piping Plan & Sections. 3. Preparing preliminary and final MTOs. 4. Co-ordination with Team members for finalizing the jobs. 5. Preparing General Arrangement Drawings (GA) 6. Preparing Isometrics Drawings. 7.Preparing Container GA 8.Preparing Steel Fabrication Drawings
