Thus, helping pre-retirees and retirees avoid the most common mistakes. Nov ’99 to Oct ’01 Kodiak Technologies, Inc. Administrative Operations Manager Was responsible for trouble-shooting any computer problems that anyone had, assisted with loading software on computers, and answered any computer-related questions anyone had. Helped manage the server, of which one task was setting up new user accounts. Trouble-shooted and monitored the network, in addition to helping with the day-to-day business of running the office. Also, assisted chief financial officer with the handling of financial issues. Mar ’97 to Oct ’99 Xerox Connect Project Manager Analyst (Dec ’98 to Oct ’99) - Promotion Assisted project managers with any reporting needs that they had in support of their clients. Was also responsible for handling any financial issues that arose from the company’s monthly general ledger report or balance sheet and getting any outstanding problems resolved. Was asked to takeover responsibility of handling any change management issues regarding processing requests for any changes that needed to be made to toolsets that monitored servers, routers, switches and hubs. Administrative Assistant (Mar ’97 to Dec ’98) Assisted the Practice Director and the VP of Corporate Services with the running of the Network Management Center (NMC). Recruiter / Sales Representative Helped process potential candidates’ resumes for possible matches to open job orders, proofread and corrected resumes as necessary using WordPerfect, interviewed potentialcandidates, ran background and reference checks, and fielded incoming ad response calls. Marketed an object-oriented software to companies from various industries, and then scheduled and coordinated seminars on presenting it. Oct ’89 to Sep ’90 Allied Commercial Corporation Collection Agent Contacted debtors regarding their outstanding delinquent retail accounts. Made arrangements with them to pay on their accounts. Did skip tracing to track down individuals.
