Introduction ConciergeDesk always seeks to find new ways to share the best deals to their customers. Serving New York City and the Tri-State region, their goal is to link businesses with the best deals to people who may be interested in these deals. They share these deals daily with thousands of customers and allow businesses reach their fullest potential. The Design Joy Consulting was called in to do a trade study of a possible new venture that would allow ConciergeDesk to reach more audience with their Billboard project. After a thorough analysis of their business needs, Joy Consulting designed a few wireframes and images showcasing how the Billboard project will look like, and developed a prototype that ConciergeDesk used to showcase to their clients.
