A sheet I made which would take this years KPIs and compare them with last year so we could see where we are losing trade within the business and give us a focus for retraining and focus.

Computer science student who originally studied at Glasgow university. Have since took on a 12 year retail management career as store manager for a few retailers . Have extensive excel experience and very apt in using Microsoft office suite. Advanced Visual Basic experience also. Have also had experience with tablet suites like numbers , pages , bento etc. mainly iPad . My blend of management skills and. Imputing knowledge make me a very diverse freelancer.
