I've been working in the Call Center Industry for the past 4 or 5 years dealing with outbound sales, inbound customer service and mostly with IP Relay. I am a graduate of BS Commerce major in Business Administration in one of the leading schools here in our country. One of the strengths I possess is flexibility. I easily adapt to any kind of work I am assigned to. I am also proficient with the use of the MS Office Applications. And my current typing speed is at 65 WPM with 100% accuracy. I am seeking opportunities in the administrative industry particularly with data entry and transcription.
