I have been working as a customer service agent in InterContinental Hotels Group for almost three years. I was promoted a year ago to handle a more complex calls which includes dealing with the accounts of our elite members. Due to my superb performance, I was consistently selected to do special projects and assignments which requires me to test our new system, do reports that are submitted to our higher management in our corporate office, and act as a manager for escallated calls.
