My name is Colin Walsh and I am a freelance designer living in Kansas City, Missouri. Some of the greatest designs are coming out of the Midwest and I am proud to be a part of it. I grew up in Sarasota, Florida and received my bachelors degree in Graphic Design from Ringling School of Art and Design. I was hired by Hallmark Cards during my senior year at Ringling and jumped at the opportunity. At Hallmark, I became one of the leading members of the $48 million business venture, “Say It With Sound.” In one year’s time, (July 2006 to July 2007) our product generated over $180 million in sales and revenue. I left Hallmark in 2007 to travel and surf in South America and Australia. After leaving Australia, I became a Senior Designer with Barkley. At Barkley, I created advertisements for Sonic Restaurants, UMB Bank, and Helzberg Jewelry. I am currently freelancing for Starbucks, Hallmark Cards, YMCA, Home Depot, and Sony. I would love to work with Burton Snowboards, Target, Pottery Barn Kids and variety of children's publications.
