Creativemediafx (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Creativemediafx did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to Lexchess (the employer).

Gave my project to creativemediafx as the spokesman of this company assured me they can manage to do the job correctly. I didn't choose for the cheapest offer because I thought this will fail at start so I went with creativemediafx. After few weeks they finally showed me first concept of my flash game. It was a stolen game with all copyrights removed from the previous owners. When I spoke to the spokesman on msn about it all comunnication died. He never answered my emails, PM's, IM questions anymore. This is a SCAMER! Tried to sell me stolen work of someone else. Do not work with this/those guys! Really a shame, bacause I'm few weeks later and still my project isn't finished. I just want to warn all guys that consider working with creativemediafx: DON'T!
