I have been doing telemarketing through outbound remote calls for more than a decade. Now, I have a small team of 7 and doing several projects. Two seats of which are long term and the rest are short term projects. We do appointment setting and cold calling in which we call client's customers for a courtesy call or perhaps a preliminary call to prep them for the next possible sale for our clients. Through this service, the leads are categorize as to how the clients customer is ready for a sale. We do USA / Canada outbound calls and follow any script customized by our clients.
