My name is Todd Cooper and I’m a commercial and fine artist specializing in illustration. With over 30 years experience in the field, I’ve created images ranging from cartoons and concepts to technical product illustrations and portraiture. 20 years experience illustrating medical devices and procedures have given me a working knowledge of anatomy, especially of the heart. I work with industry-standard computer graphics applications, as well as all traditional drawing and painting media and have done animation, storyboards and video editing. Together, we can create a concept drawing of something before it exists, and detailed illustrated instructions on how to use it, when it does. I’m the art editor of a local newspaper, and founder of a 501(c)(3) California non profit corporation. I teach art to children and adults, host art workshops, exhibit oil paintings and accept portrait commissions.
