CoreiTech Solutions is an I.T services and product development team dedicated to provide software and web solutions; solutions that work and last. CoreiTech was founded in October 2008 by a passionate software developer and his creative graphics artist. They began providing I.T services for local based clients and started to engage in international freelancing and have gained recognition since then. In just a short period of time, they were able to establish a descent number of clients both local and international. From a team of two, CoreiTech workforce grew to 6 on its 1st year and 16 on the first quarter of the next year. In February 2010, CoreiTech conducted training activities for their members to keep them updated and knowledgeable in the latest I.T trends and technologies. The first phase of the training was completed on May 2010 and on June 2010, a new training activity was conducted, this time emphasizing on methodology improvement using industry recognized and standard practices. OUR METHODOLOGY We strongly believe that solutions should not only work according to specifications, but should also stand the tests of time. In compliance to this principle, we develop solutions with our clients’ needs in mind. Continuous customer collaboration is ensured in order to keep track of specifications and to easily adopt to change. As opposed to the traditional Waterfall Methodology wherein client’s feedback is only requested at the end of the development stage, we at CoreiTech practice Agile Methodology particularly using Scrum. Agile imposes development in iterations (releases), and after each release, client’s feedback is requested. Following this principle, specification changes and tedious revision tasks are minimized since the client get to see development progress per iteration. If revisions are necessary, developers can easily do the required modifications focusing only on the current release. Once the release is accepted and no further changes are requested, we then start to develop for the next release without having to worry about the previous release. We continue with this routine until we reach final release and user acceptance stage. We also ensure that our developers are well trained and updated of the latest technologies. Doing so ensures that we will be able to provide our clients with robust and effective solutions.
