Kingsmill Bread
Brand website for Kingsmill Bread, part of Allied Bakeries, for CMW London over 6 weeks from October to early December 2011. The project being 2 weeks behind schedule already, having been handed over from another freelancer, we were under serious pressure to deliver. We built customisable content across homepage carousels, sidebars, recipe pages, and enabled simple Youtube video selection for playlists and campaign areas. We built drag-and-drop form builders for competitions, enquiry forms, and newsletter signups, with third-party API integration too. Finally, we built template-swapping, so that visitors could see the site on a mobile device, with content pulled from the desktop site, in a full HTML5/CSS3 skin, using some URL rewriting tactics.
