The goal of The Room Buddy project is to meet room owner/ flat owner and tenant on online platform. Online TRB Web Portal is an internet portal dedicated to meet every aspect of the consumers’ needs in the Real Estate industry. \nIt is a forum where Property Owners, and Tenants can exchange information, quickly, effectively and inexpensively. It features residential properties such as Apartments, Bungalows, Terraced House, Semi-Detached House, and Detached House for rent. The Room Buddy help to room/ flat owner and room seekers to display their post online. Two type of user can post their posts online on TRB portal those are paid user and unpaid user. A unique search option that allows tenant to search property by different way e.g. nearer to tube station, travel zone wise search, post code wise search, city wise search.
