While working for a NASA Contractor in support of Constellation Program Extra-Vehicular Activity (EVA) organization during Initial Operations Concepts (IOC) and Human Lunar Return (HLR) phase developments, I represented the EVA Project Planning & Control (PP&C) office in support of EVA Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) group. In this function I coordinated between engineering and management organizations in development of the fiscal year budget and current work packages, budget and variance analyses, future planning packages, schedules, monitoring CM/DM tasks in work, metrics monitoring, and risk management status. I also supported the EVA SE&I group with related administrative support such as maintaining status of engineering documents and change requests, compiling SE&I sub-group Weekly Activity Report submittals to Level 3 (EVA) management, and presentation preparation for Monthly Project Reviews. In addition, I accepted the task of performing the newly created administrative task of status maintenance for Document Change Notices and the Interim Change Process, which is a task new to the NASA environment. I received training on performing the schedule maintenance and Earned Value Management analysis with Primavera, MS Project, Cobra EVMS, and Milestone Professional softwares. In previous positions I traveled around the United States extensively in the position of Meeting Coordinator, Speaker Coordinator and Foundation Executive Administrative Coordinator. This position involved fundraising solicitation of unlimited grants for the production of educational programs and professional peer-reviewed Journal medical conferences, sponsor recruitment, coordination of education programs including live webcast production, webcast program technical advisement, convention site management, speaker, technical, and logistics coordinator for business educational programs. This included the publication of an official Guide to Exhibits, Congress Lecture Series and Program Guide for each annual event. The complete J-I-T logistics of such events included monitoring and assessing technical requirements, software and hardware utilization and functionality, coordination of materials from U.S. and overseas facilities, oversee exhibits, displays, and sets delivery and assembly and monitoring of event status as well as escalation of transportation modes based on need including In-transit merge functionality. This involved administrative and technical support of hardware, software for on-location and remote viewing, vendor service contracts for specialized equipment and services, backhauling and event return management, as well as location risk management, site security analysis and hazard mitigation. This required dedication to customer service and satisfaction by providing flexibility and customer service for off-hours delivery, assembly and supervision as well as customized reporting services, post-event analysis, method improvement, and enhanced execution processes. I also worked as executive level administrative support for Department of Defense contractor requiring Secret DoD and Customer clearances. The vetting process for obtaining clearnaces and the maintenance of high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction with above and beyond mentality across industry boundaries exemplifies strong abilities of coordination, high ethics and complete trust in proven abilities to deliver exemplary products in a high stress environment.
