What's in a name? My name means clear, and I am gifted with an ability for clear communication. I am a skilled writer, editor, and proofreader, and I have a passion for making words accomplish their purpose. Throughout my high school and college careers, I consistently received A+ grades on my papers in all subject areas, from biology to history to philosphy. Fellow students regularly brought their papers to me for review, editing, and proofreading. This skill followed me through my career in the United States government as I quickly established a reputation for excellent writing and editing. During the course of my career I wrote and edited numerous letters and memoranda on behalf of high-ranking political appointees to individuals including Members of Congress and state governors. I also wrote and edited requests for proposals, newsletters, funding determination letters, and articles. As a new mother, I am seeking work that I can do from home.
