I am postgraduate student of the upcoming Master in Science in Applied Economics of Economics Department of University of Thessaly. In 2009, I received B.S. in Economic and Regional Development with concentration in Economic Geography, Country Planning and Regional Analysis and Policy. Combined with the relevant lessons of the [login to view URL]. in Applied Economics such as Applied Econometrics, Quantitative Methods in Decision Making, Environmental Economics improved my skills in statistical analysis with the use of statistical packages.I have already worked in Customer Service at Bank of Piraeus gaining experience as being part of a team collaborating excellent with my other colleagues. Furthermore, my interaction with the customers helped me improve my social skills and communication. In addition, I have worked in a company named "Urban Planning" processing demographic data (indicators etc) for environmental researches improving my IT skills. Being a postgraduate student I have managed to accomplish all demanding courses and meet deadlines of the relevant practice exercises. Furthermore, being member of Congress which took place in the University, I have developed my abilities in multiple tasking and organizing schedules. Finally, I would describe myself as a highly motivated person, with consistency and hard working and fast learner. I speak English reasonably well and my work experience and my extracurricular activities as well, taught me the sense of teamwork, flexibility.
