Comprehensive online learning strategies, content development and digital media production. As a Learning Development Manager I develop and produce online (and blended) educational and training projects for educational institutions, government initiatives, and the private sector. My work incorporates learning strategy development, instructional design, content development and project management. Skills include: • Online learning strategies, Media production, Project management • eLearning and content delivery setup: LMS (Moodle), CMS (Alfresco), Drupal, Citrix GoToWebinar, Smartsheet, Zendesk • Web/desktop/mobile app design • Video editing: Film Studio Setup (lights, audio, camera, interview technique, teleprompt) • Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign etc), Articulate Storyline 2, Director. • Web programming: HTML, CSS, HTML5, some PHP, Drupal • Effective team manager, with complete production SOPs’ from idea through to testing & delivery
