About Me
I'm a freelance digital marketer, print enthusiast and copywriter. I have years of experience in running websites, writing clean code (HTML, CSS, PHP, dabbling in a bit of jQuery), producing professional printed materials and marketing collateral, and writing copy. Having worked in a broad marketing executive role for 2 1/2 years, I have produced, coded, designed and written pretty much everything under the sun. My portfolio includes building and managing dynamic websites; producing and professionally printing brochures and leaflets, CDs, lanyards, identity cards; managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases; and coordinating branding and marketing activities. I am currently studying for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Diploma, as well as for the Google AdWords Certification. I am proficient in numerous software packages and online services including Salesforce, the Microsoft Office suite, Mailchimp, InDesign, Photoshop, Fireworks and Dreamweaver. I code in HTML(5), CSS(3), PHP, am passionate for responsive design, and am currently increasing my knowledge of Javascript and JQuery. As a high achieving academic I also have excellent written English and am experienced in writing undergraduate-level academic texts in addition to press releases and website copy.
