Received an email from client with the list of 101 employees and the needed information. I entered chosen 101 employees needed information from the company\'s database to spreadsheet and after the client\'s approval, I input them to the client\'s system.
About Me
I have a progressive six (6) years of experience in the BPO Data Entry/Analysis field. I provided back-office support to American companies handling sensitive account. Aside from supporting clients, I am also a Team Lead and managed a team of analysts supervising and monitoring their performance, making sure that they are giving the level of quality that the clients need. Being in the BPO back-office industry for 6 years had me trained to work independently with minimal supervision.
