Significant experience in full life cycle project delivery, managing all Stakeholders, including third parties, both in-house and offshore, business users and technical specialists. I have had a diverse career managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as some very large value projects, including European roll outs. I have also worked in many dynamic markets where extremely fast reaction to change has been necessary. I feel my management style of balancing urgency with a sense of humour helps in developing relationships with all stakeholders from senior sponsors to junior team members and facilitates successful delivery of any project.
