I just relocated from downtown Chicago to a farm in the mountains of North Carolina and I would like to take this vast change in scenery as an opportunity to make professional changes as well. I am currently putting the finishing touches on my thesis to complete my Masters degree at Northwestern University, where I finished all coursework with a 4.0 GPA. My undergraduate years were spent at the University of Kansas, graduating with honors and a Bachelors of Art in English Literature. Professionally, I have a great deal of experience in the writing world, with stints in grant writing, website copywriting, research and writing for a documentary film, and producing original copy for news articles and columns.
