Automatic Agent (AA02) is a standalone application developed over .NET with Microsoft Sql Server 2005 , and it is to serve the field worker of Indian Post office system merely called" Agents/Advisors ",there work is to collect money from the individuals and deposit to post office in form of daily reports called " lott " and complex calculations for which they earn incentive There comes the role of our software to generate daily report of the amount to be deposited and keep track of the records of each every Account handled by the Agent and does the complex calculation for the agents such as incentive calculation and tax deducted at source (TDS) calculation , moreover it generates the report of incentive and TDS generated between two dates which is helpful in filing the Income tax for the Agent.
