I produced all artwork for promotional sites, banners, marketing materials, and any print jobs necessary for the company's events, sales, and other promotional items. Assembler/Administrative Assistant/Graphic Designer for Defense Contractor May 2004 - August 2008 (4 years 4 months) Initiated employment in May of 2004 as an assembler for a Tactical Communications contract. Work on contract ended in August, and I was quickly moved to a more desirable position as an administrative assistant. My daily tasks involved functional support for the Executive and HR departments, generally involving copying, filing, corporate errands, basic graphic design(letterhead, email, corporate flyers,etc.), scheduling travel, and archiving files for disaster recovery. In early 2006, the corporation discovered my abilities as a graphic designer, and a promotion to Lead Graphic Designer was quickly obtained. Job functions at this level included graphic support for all employees within the corporation, whenever necessary. Tasks performed included 3D graphic support and blueprints of each system, as required by contracts. Also supported employees with graphics for emails, corporate documents, logos, brochures, contract proposals, trade show animations and displays, press releases, and other marketing material.
