Dashboard Design
The Sales(trend) Graph is a chart created using a line & an area chart to show trends in Sales over time. The Costs Graph is another thermometer chart this time it's horizontal comparing similar variables,the tricks behind this Horizontal chart thermometer was done using a bar chart type. Next on the Dashboard are T10 Customers (ytd),T10 Products (ytd),T5 Products groups & Avg. Orders per day respectively.The Top 10 Customers yeartodate table & Products influenced by Trendlines was made with a simple trick via Pivot table using the value filters for top 10 features & adding trendlines,The Top 5 Products groups in % & Avg. Orders per day in Value was made using Bar & Column chart respectively. In Conclusion i added a Slicer named Periods to the dashboard,here i apply some few tricks,the data in the slicer came from a pivot table in the Validation worksheet,i had to link the pivot table to the Slicer so that each time a value is selected on the Slicer,the Das
