Photo editing: HDR-TONING All images are taken by Brainchild with a Sony nex-5 camera, Sony alpha 200 camara or a mobile phone camera where indicated. HDR toning, in all its' aspects is a complex batch of processes that can't be fully automated to obtain a perfect image. At BrainChild we manually enhance the dynamic range so a face of a person pops out of the image. It is however important that images with those effects applied are watched at full size. If not the image appears too dark, black, etc... HDR might look a bit scary so it's well suited in marketing horror, haloween, .... kind of things. We do make hdr pictures based on pics sent by our clients. This process however is more of an approach to HDR instead of true hdr photography.
