• Development, Up-gradation and maintenance of IRP Management Information System (MIS) • Crosscheck and analyze data collected in the field and solve eventual discrepancies. • Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity and reliability of automated tasks. • Train and guide data entry / MIS staff, or equivalent in each department / field offices, in entering data into the developed interface / database and analysis • Create databases and data entry interfaces for data collected and needed by Program. • Prepare & share daily, weekly and monthly progress report on different project. • To provide accurate and timely information as required for higher management and external returns. • Maintenance of data base of beneficiaries and other relevant data. • To develop new systems to respond to the changing needs of the Program. • To ensure that MIS data is accurate and robust ensuring that reports are accessible and to all staff.
