ARDENT CROSSFIT
Like many other affiliates out there, our love of CrossFit and our desire to share that with others ignited the idea for Ardent. Not only has CrossFit been an integral part of lives from a fitness and wellness standpoint but it has also significantly impacted us on a personal level. We whole heartedly believe in the power behind the CrossFit Community and the ability it has to change your life for the better. We met at Rare CrossFit in October 2011. Both of us had recently experienced significant life changes, had many questions and luckily walked through the doors to Rare in hopes of finding the answers. Not long after meeting, we began to discuss the possibility of opening our own box and less than two years later, those discussions have become a reality. While trying to decide the name for Ardent CrossFit, we discussed many many options. Nothing felt quite right.
