EXCERCISE MOBILE APPLICATION
The application has 3 main options such as ‘Exercise’, ‘Yoga’ and ‘Remedy’. There are multiple options of exercises under these main tabs. Exercise tab provides you with basic and variety of workouts, yoga tab provides you with many yoga exercises that can provide a perfect kickstart to your day and remedy tab provides you various remedy moves that can eliminate your injuries or make you recover quite soon. The flow of application is very simple and user friendly. Once you click a type of exercise you want to do, you will be required to set time duration and click on the submit button. Once you click ‘Submit’ the new splash screen will open up which will have the countdown, and then the next screen will come up with video and description of exercises for selected time, once you set it all a demo begins in which a character displays a way of doing that exercise and under that demo there is a complete description and method of doing that exercise
