Speech fragment identification by means of integrated comparison criterion of momentary spectrums of speech signal

A simple voiced fragment identification method is proposed, by means of comparison of their momentary spectrum by minimal discrepancy of spectrum elements, having various information value. It is formulated integrated comparison criterion of momentary spectrums, taking into consideration “weight” of elements in accordance with their significance in identification of spectrum “image”.
