Main activities and responsibilities Lead business analysis for 2 big projects (6-1 year long). In the same time conducted requirement elicitation and management for 4 small on-going projects. Develop business case and provided first requirements to fit technical feasibility research For customers Requirements elicitation and management; gathering of customer requirements and their maintaining those within up to 6 stakeholders; handling day-to-day customer requirements and change requests; prototyping and wire-framing to ensure the business value for the new projects For development team Support of current ongoing projects; provide domen knowledge to the development team, communicated customer request with technical language For management Handled audit according to company’s quality management system, BABOK and ISO standards; created such deliveries for the projects: business case, software requirement specification (HL & LL requirements), conceptual design and patterns (UI mock ups and rules), traceability matrix For other SAs Share knowledge about application modelling (models “as is” and “to be” in class diagram models)
