Logo & Branding proposal
This project is a Logo & Branding proposal for the city of Arad (Romania) as a candidate for 2021 Cultural capital of Europe. \n\nThe shape and composition of the logo is strongly linked to the city history and heritage, transforming key features of the city into a symbol stripped of any archaic visual overflow, bringing the visual identity of the city forward into a contemporary landscape. \n\nElements of the logo are recomposed in various ways to result in dynamic and fresh stationery and merchandise applications, also being suited for various event specific promotional material use like posters, flyers etc.
About Me
I am a designer at the beginning of my career, eager to work on the most challenging projects that I can find, waiting to use and apply all my knowledge in the field into functional and aesthetic products and services. My experience is yet to come, but I consider that all my knowledge and understanding of complex design aspects, problems, production techniques and the contemporary visual language of forms will give me a head start in any design project, from product and industrial design through 3D rendering and visual presentation to online and printed graphic design. I believe in networking, in the efficiency of active brainstorming, in international design, in responsive and involving design solutions that can really serve the user.
