Self Portrait
This was drawn from scratch with a webcam photo as my reference as part of an art challenge I decided to take on. (Basically you went down a list of thirty things over the course of a month to jumpstart your creativity, practice areas you\\\'re weaker in, etc.) Of my favorite things to draw, my face has never been one of them. But I\'ve had friends mistake it for a photo, so I\'ll take it! This took me around 6 hrs.
About Me
I just heard about Freelancer and decided to see how much work I can find through it. I am largely a self-taught artist and have had a pencil in my hand since before I knew how to walk or talk. Even if I'm not used to drawing what you need, if you can provide a reference, I can draw it. (Most of the art in my portfolio are examples of that, in fact.) I am also a writer but never seriously considered it as a source of income - at least not through freelancing - so I thought I'd list the applicable writing skills to test the feasibility of that too.
